Company information is based on published SEC data. Scores and reviews appear only after a genuine contribution is published.

Evaluation guidelines

These guidelines describe what belongs on Client Report and what does not. They apply equally to every contributor and every company.

Write from your own engagement

  • Describe an engagement you were personally part of, as the vendor or as a member of the vendor's team.
  • Do not write about an engagement you only heard about.
  • One evaluation per engagement. If you worked with the same company twice, post two evaluations.

Describe process, not people

  • Do not name the individuals you worked with, and do not describe them in a way that identifies them.
  • Criticise how the work was run — briefing, approvals, contracting, payment — not the character of anyone involved.
  • Nothing on this site may be used to attack, harass or shame a company or a person.

Keep confidential material out

  • No confidential business information, unannounced products, or personal data.
  • Contract terms may be described in general terms — payment days, currency, governing law — without quoting the contract.

Companies have a right of reply

  • Any company may respond publicly to a review about it.
  • A company may dispute a record or request removal, with reasons.
  • Anyone may report a review. Reported reviews are checked, and are removed if they breach these guidelines.

What we will not do

  • We do not write evaluations, and we do not edit one into something its author did not say.
  • We do not remove or hide an evaluation in exchange for money, a business relationship, or a request without reasons. Removal follows these guidelines and nothing else.
  • We do not selectively hide critical evaluations while keeping favourable ones.
  • Where anyone connected to us posts an evaluation, that connection is disclosed on it.
