Where the data comes from
- Company identity — legal name, ticker, exchange, industry classification and listing status — is taken from SEC EDGAR filings, and the list of companies from State Street's published SPY holdings (August 2026).
- Each company is identified by its SEC Central Index Key, which is what ties a record here to the filings it came from.
- Scores, reviews and commercial terms come only from vendors who contribute them. Nothing is estimated, inferred or purchased.
- A company appearing in this directory does not imply that it has been evaluated, or that it has any relationship with this service.
- We do not write, commission, edit, weight or remove evaluations to suit anyone, and no commercial relationship with a company changes what its record says. What we operate is the record; what is in it comes from the vendors who wrote it.
Requests and complaints
- Companies may respond to a review, ask for a correction, or request removal with reasons. Use the respond-or-dispute form.
- Anyone may report a review that breaches the evaluation guidelines. Use the report form.
- We aim to acknowledge every request within five business days.
- Requests from courts, law-enforcement authorities and other competent bodies are handled as described in the privacy policy.
Contributor information is not public. Where required by a valid legal request from a court, law-enforcement authority, or other competent body, we may provide information to the extent legally required.
